Unlike traditional exercise that works muscle groups in isolation, Pilates and Yoga works the body as a whole.

Stella,
TFC The Fitness Consultancy founder and director Stella Nash has been involved in the health and fitness industry from an early age, having herself been a dancer, gymnast and athlete.
Stella is a well known and sought after instructor at a number of top London and Home Counties health clubs and she now has established Pilates and yoga studios within Watford, St Albans and Radlett.

Nick,
TFC Instructor Nick Roberts started in Dance about 14 years ago doing Ballet, Street Jazz and even the corny Line Dancing! He soon realised that dance was a great form of exercise but felt there was something more.
He then discovered Pilates which he enjoyed immensely and has been teaching in Watford, Radlett and St.Albans for the past year. Nicks main aim with Pilates is to make people feel great about themselves and able to enjoy exercise!!
Ali,
Ali has been involved in sport and coaching for 18 years. Having graduated with a degree in sports science Ali became most interested in helping people achieve the most from their bodies and their workouts.
Through teaching Pilates and cardio classes Ali ensures every class you attend will benefit your total health and fitness each and every time.
Caroline,
Caroline has an extensive 23 year career in the exercise and fitness industry. Originally an exercise to music teacher, teaching everything from Jane fonda style aerobics - leg warmers and all! Qualified in Step, Bodypump, Bodybalance, Circuits, Weights, Power plate and more.
A personal trainer for many years and found her way into the world of Pilates, when she developed back pain after her first child was born.
